To growing healthy plants the important elements of water and light are required. Believe it or not fertilizer is not required for survival.

Indoors plant lovers always battle for better, more or consistent light for their plants. As plants move further away from a window the light intensity rapidly drops.

What Window Gives What light?

North Facing Windows – Weakest light intensity
South Facing Windows – Usually have strong light intensity
East Facing Windows – Good for plants which need morning light which is not as strong
West Facing Windows – West windows, good full afternoon sun, surprisingly strong in the summer
