Over the years landscaping small yards has become a specialty for some designers, new materials, pottery for the patio complete with new brick pavers makes the outdoors ready for entertaining… but so are the mosquitoes!
Have you ever wondered if those backyard bug lights or mosquitoes zappers work on mosquitoes at keeping the critters from biting away while you enjoy the outdoors?

Would it be easier to grow plants that repel mosquitoes?
From the research I’ve found the answer is FALSE.
Mosquitoes account for less than 1% of the insects who find death in a bug light.
Mosquitoes are more fond of carbon dioxide and heat than ultra-violet light.
The downside is the amount of beneficial insects lured to their doom. Ladybugs and other beneficial insects outnumber mosquitoes 20 to 1.
